Production Time

We check inventory every day to ensure that there are sufficient stocks for every product. Usually, the processing time of the warehouse is 1-3 days. If you have selected a doll of a custom function, production time depends on your choice of brand, materials, and customized premium features. Approximately:

TPE doll: 3–7 days, some high-end brands or multiple movement functions may extend 1 week.

Silicone doll: 2–3 weeks, some high-end brands or multiple movement functions may extend 1 week.

*Note: Please understand that a sex doll is a customized product that is made-to-order according to the customer's specifications. Although we strive to ship every order in the above time-frame, processing time could be slightly longer in exceptional cases.  

*Note: Production time will be extended by 10–15 days during Chinese New Year.

* Because of the special Canadian sea transport, sea transport logistics status of canadian orders is not open freight inquiry, so there will be about 30 days when customers are unable to check the logistics status, but our company can check through the shipping system. If you order a Canadian shipping orders, please contact us to check the logitics status, after the package reaches Canada, UPS will update the logistics status and delivery of your order, thank you for your understanding.

*As for PO BOX Addresses, since our products are large items, we cannot use PO BOX Addresses.

PS: Uncertainty of ocean shipping, Specialty of sex doll. At the same time, orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx are also experiencing delivery delays. It will take 35-40 days or more for delivery depends on your location.

Warning: Due to long-distance transportation, some packages may be damaged. When you find that the package is damaged or unpacked, please refuse to sign for it! If you are unfortunate to sign a damaged product, please contact us in time, we will handle it for you.

Has my order been dispatched yet?

Most orders are generally dispatched within 3 days (Excludes Weekend) but may up to 5 days, sometimes longer. You will receive a dispatched email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email, contact us at us, and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not. It always takes 1 to 2 days before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Since the sex doll is a special product, only one ship is shipped once a week, so tracking numbers usually update in 3-7 days.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, VAT is only for orders within the EU (European Union). Customers in the UK need to pay the duties themselves

My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do?

If your product is damaged please take photos and a video then send them to us. We will arrange a new shipment within 48 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packaging. This is the carrier's responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder, so please do check there. If you still can not find it, please do let us know.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email, it will be there most of the time, if you can not find it, please email us at us for an update on your tracking.

Shipping Delays

First Love Doll shall not be held responsible if shipments are delayed for any reason beyond First Love Doll control. 

These terms are accepted when placing an order at First Love Doll. 

Warranty Procedure:

We check every product manually before shipment to ensure the item is in perfect condition. Due to long-distance transportation, some packages may be damaged. When you find that the package is damaged or unpacked, please refuse to sign for it! However, if the product you have received is damaged or has manufacturing defects please follow these steps:

1) Email customer support, providing your name, your order number and an explanation of the problem: service@firstlovedoll.net

2) Attach evidence (either photographs or videos) showing the described defects.

3) Allow our team to review the problem and provide a suitable solution that is acceptable to you.

If the problem was caused by us, or the product has any manufacturing defects please rest assured we will take care of it.

Warranty Claims for manufacturing defects must be made within 30 days of product delivery.  

Damage resulting from the improper use of the product will not be covered by the Product Warranty.

6-hour refund

Before we ship any product, it undergoes several stages of quality checks. It is our intention to provide only the highest quality items to our customers. After you made an order with us, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. From that point, you will notice if you need to make adjustments to your order. Please note that when you place an order, you have 6 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification. After receiving your order, we entered the preparation status, so even if you ask for a refund within 6 hours, you will still be charged for the 10% procedure. After 6 hours, we’ve already started working on your order, and it will be too late to make any changes.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Sex Doll products that are offered for sale via the Website are made-to-order for each Buyer. Accordingly, the following applies to refunds and returns for any Products purchased by a Buyer:

Doll is a custom product that is created especially for Buyers. 6 hours after an order is placed, it will be processed and cannot be canceled for any reason.

If for exceptional reasons the cancellation is accepted,

The custom sex dolls will be refunded according to the following conditions:

1. If the order time is less than 6 hours, we will refund 90% and charge 10% operation fee and handling fee.

2. If the order time is more than 6 hours, but not shipped, we will refund 55%-70% and charge 30%-45% restocking fee.

3. If the product has been shipped, we will refund 50%, charge 30% restocking fee and 20% logistics fee.

4. If the product has been signed, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is severely damaged.

The Stock sex dolls will be refunded according to the following circumstances:

1. If the order time is less than 6 hours: we will refund you 90% and a 10% handling fee will be charged.

2. If the order time is more than 6 hours, but not shipped: We will refund you 80% and will charge a 10% handling fee and a 10% operation fee.

3. If the product has been shipped: We will refund you 50% and will charge a 10% handling fee and 10% operation fee and 20% logistics fee and a 10% product abrasion fee.

4. If the product has been signed, no returns or refunds will be accepted unless the product is severely damaged.

Returns:

Due to the nature of this product, it is not possible for us to provide an exchange or return as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the sex doll industry.

Body heating and moaning function can be damaged during transportation. If they don't work, the customer can't return them. Because this will not affect the use of the doll. And we will refund the function fees.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanging (not applicable)

Because sex dolls are sexual items, we will not conduct secondary sales, so we will not exchange in any case. If there is serious damage, we will resend one.

Resend (if applicable)

If the doll is seriously damaged and cannot be used, we will re-send one. 
If we lose the package in the shipping, we will resend one.
