Do these dolls contain toxic materials?
Not in the slightest. Our team will be happy to provide you complete material testing reports if needed. However, all our manufacturing facilities are regularly inspected and tested to make sure your love doll is 100% safe.
TPE and silicone dolls do not contain any harmful, toxic or itchy material or chemicals. TPE and Silicone dolls are sterilized and made with similar components as sex toys.
If you had any allergic to silicone in the past, we wouldn't recommend you using a sex doll.

All our products are made by original manufacturers or in our own factory. There are no fake or poor quality dolls of any kind here. Due to our good relationship with suppliers and mature shipping system, you can buy authentic dolls at lower prices here.
How close to the pictures will my doll look like?

How do you have sex with a TPE or silicone doll?

How long does it take for my package to ship?
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 3-7 business days production time. In the event of a major holiday, or a production defect, the shipment will be delayed by a week. All of our dolls are handmade and thoroughly tested for quality before shipping.
When shipped, you will be provided with the tracking number. All packaging is discreet. There are no doll related labels, markings, or logos.

Can I submit modifications to the order?
Yes, unconditional modification within 6 hours of placing the order. If it is later than that, it is not currently possible to change the fundamental body or skin color options etc. If it must be changed, there will be a corresponding fee, depending on the completion of the order. For other options like eye color, fingernail color, and the like, if you do want to change, please contact us and we'll try our best to make it for you.

Due to the highly customized nature of these dolls, we currently do not hold stock inventory in our facility in the US.
All dolls are custom made for you according to your preferences and customizations in our factories in China. We have an inspection team in China who goes to the factory and personally inspects your doll before it leaves the warehouse.
Is shipping free？
Yes, we offer free oceaning shipping to the USA, Europe, Canada, and most of the countries, but some countries need to pay import taxes, such as the United Kingdom. We highly recommend the in-stock dolls because of no taxes. If you choose expedited shipping, you will need to pay for air freight.
Can I receive delivery at a P.O. box?
PO BOX cannot be used as mailing address. Fraud prevention rules allow us to only ship to the verified billing address.
Can I pick up the package?

Silicone materials usually take more than a week to produce without electronic components, and exceed 3 weeks if there are electronic components.Some hihg-end btands will take more time for production, like Irontech, Reallady, WM, Fanreal and so on. Shipping to the United States by sea takes 25-35 days, while shipping by air takes 10-15 days.
