Not in the slightest. Our team will be happy to provide you complete material testing reports if needed. However, all our manufacturing facilities are regularly inspected and tested to make sure your love doll is 100% safe.

TPE and silicone dolls do not contain any harmful, toxic or itchy material or chemicals. TPE and Silicone dolls are sterilized and made with similar components as sex toys.

If you had any allergic to silicone in the past, we wouldn't recommend you using a sex doll.

Are your products authentic?
All our products are made by original manufacturers or in our own factory. There are no fake or poor quality dolls of any kind here. Due to our good relationship with suppliers and mature shipping system, you can buy authentic dolls at lower prices here.
How close to the pictures will my doll look like?

We can build your doll similar to one of the pictures that we have featured, or you can select different custom options and build your own model. If you would like to see some of the dolls in the most authentic way in the factory, please contact our customer service.

Do you sell just the doll heads?

Yes, we do. Although we may not have them on the website yet we do have them in stock. Please reach out to us via email or chat to get more details. (support@firstlovedoll.com)

How do you have sex with a TPE or silicone doll?

Female dolls have 3 entries for penetration – oral, anal and vaginal. The male dolls have 2 entries for penetration – oral and anal. These entries are designed to give ultimate pleasure and are made of resilient silicone. For best enjoyment with your doll, Heat the hole with a heating rod before use and always use a water-based lubricant!

What's the life span of the dolls?
A well-maintained TPE doll can last anywhere from 2 to 5 yrs. Silicone dolls can practically last indefinitely, but on average 10 yrs is absolutely normal. This all depends on how rough or gentle one is with their dolls and how much maintenance, care and upkeep they provide.
Do you offer a transsexual doll?

Yes, we offer a transsexual converter on almost all dolls. It is a penis adapter that can be inserted into the vagina of the doll to transform the doll into a trans-dolls. Please contact us with specific requests.

What’s the best way to store a sex doll?
The best way to store your sex doll is vertically, preferably hanging from something, perhaps in your closet. Each of our sex dolls comes with a storage kit that will allow you to hang your sex doll for easy storage. By hanging your sex doll in a cool, dark place she will be safe from damage. There are other storage solutions as well if hanging isn’t a possibility. Placing your doll in a sitting position, or lying on her back are both popular storage positions as well, just make sure she is not wearing any tight clothing or dark color fabrics for a long period of time. Dark color fabric may stain the doll’s skin after prolonged exposure.

  • Contact with dark color fabrics - these may stain the dolls skin if in contact for a long period of time.
  • Tight clothing - things like elastic bands may leave permanent marks or indentations on your doll if they are left on during storage.

  • Extreme temperatures - Hot and cold temperatures may warp your dolls feature over time - these must be extreme temperatures, no need to worry about normal fluctuations, but below freezing and extreme heat should be avoided.
  • Pressure points - if anything is pressing into the doll’s skin over a long period of time you may find some permanent indentation occurs. It’s important that the doll is suspended in air, or resting on a soft surface.

How long does it take for my package to ship?
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 3-7 business days production time. In the event of a major holiday, or a production defect, the shipment will be delayed by a week. All of our dolls are handmade and thoroughly tested for quality before shipping.

When shipped, you will be provided with the tracking number. All packaging is discreet. There are no doll related labels, markings, or logos.

Can I submit modifications to the order?
Yes, unconditional modification within 6 hours of placing the order. If it is later than that, it is not currently possible to change the fundamental body or skin color options etc. If it must be changed, there will be a corresponding fee, depending on the completion of the order. For other options like eye color, fingernail color, and the like, if you do want to change, please contact us and we'll try our best to make it for you.

About shipping

Do you ship your dolls from within the USA?
Dolls with "in stock us" in the title are stock dolls in the United States. Orders to purchase these dolls will ship from the United States.

Due to the highly customized nature of these dolls, we currently do not hold stock inventory in our facility in the US.

All dolls are custom made for you according to your preferences and customizations in our factories in China. We have an inspection team in China who goes to the factory and personally inspects your doll before it leaves the warehouse.
Is shipping free？
Yes, we offer free oceaning shipping to the USA, Europe, Canada,  and most of the countries, but some countries need to pay import taxes, such as the United Kingdom. We highly recommend the in-stock dolls because of no taxes. If you choose expedited shipping, you will need to pay for air freight.
Can I receive delivery at a P.O. box?
PO BOX cannot be used as mailing address. Fraud prevention rules allow us to only ship to the verified billing address. 
Can I pick up the package?
Yes, we can ship the parcel to your local FedEx/UPS location to pick up, please just leave us the FedEx/UPS location address in order, we will ship the parcel here for you to pick up. Please also call the FedEx/UPS to confirm it before the shipment.
