Delivery Time 

Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time (+ Any Holidays)

Production Time

We check inventory every day to ensure that there are sufficient stocks for every product. Usually, the processing time of the warehouse is 1-3 days. If you have selected a doll of a custom function, production time depends on your choice of brand, materials, and customized premium features. Approximately:

TPE doll: 3–7 days, some high-end brands or multiple movement functions may extend 1 week.

Silicone doll: 2–3 weeks, some high-end brands or multiple movement functions may extend 1 week.

*Note: Please understand that a sex doll is a customized product that is made-to-order according to the customer's specifications. Although we strive to ship every order in the above time-frame, processing time could be slightly longer in exceptional cases.  

*Note: Production time will be extended by 10–15 days during Chinese New Year.

Worldwide: 3-10 days for delivery

Air Shipping (There is a fee, a few brand are free)

Worldwide: 7-15 days

Free Freight Shipping (Ocean Shipping)

US: 25-30 days.

EU: 40-50 days.


*In Canadian, need buyers to assist customs clearance.

* Because of the special Canadian sea transport, sea transport logistics status of canadian orders is not open freight inquiry, so there will be about 30 days when customers are unable to check the logistics status, but our company can check through the shipping system. If you order a Canadian shipping orders, please contact us to check the logitics status, after the package reaches Canada, UPS will update the logistics status and delivery of your order, thank you for your understanding.

*As for PO BOX Addresses, since our products are large items, we cannot use PO BOX Addresses

PS: Uncertainty of ocean shipping, Specialty of sex doll. At the same time, orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx are also experiencing delivery delays. It will take 35-40 days or more for delivery depends on your location.

Warning: Due to long-distance transportation, some packages may be damaged. When you find that the package is damaged or unpacked, please refuse to sign for it! If you are unfortunate to sign a damaged product, please contact us in time, we will handle it for you.

Has my order been dispatched yet?

Most orders are generally dispatched within 3 days (Excludes Weekend) but may up to 5 days, sometimes longer. You will receive a dispatched email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email, contact us at us, and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not. It always takes 1 to 2 days before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Since the sex doll is a special product, only one ship is shipped once a week, so tracking numbers usually update in 3-7 days.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, VAT is only for orders within the EU (European Union). Customers in the UK need to pay the duties themselves

My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do?

If your product is damaged please take photos and a video then send them to us. We will arrange a new shipment within 48 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packaging. This is the carrier's responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder, so please do check there. If you still can not find it, please do let us know.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email, it will be there most of the time, if you can not find it, please email us at us for an update on your tracking.
