Notice of Order Production Delay for Chinese Lunar New Year

As the Chinese Lunar New Year approaches, the entire team at FirstLoveDoll would like to extend our heartfelt wishes for a joyous and prosperous New Year!

With the holiday season fast approaching, many of our partnered factories have begun their holiday breaks. As a result, we want to inform you about potential delays in custom orders. However, to ensure minimal disruption to your shopping experience, we have outlined the following important updates regarding both stock and custom doll orders during this period:

I. Inventory Doll Delivery Update

  • Stock Dolls: Dolls available in our overseas warehouses in the United States, Europe, and Canada will continue to be processed and shipped as usual.
  • All stock orders will be fulfilled without any delays or disruptions, and you can expect timely delivery based on your location.

II. Custom Doll Production Cut-Off and Resumption Times

  • Cut-off Dates: Custom doll orders placed after January 15, 2025 will be processed after the holiday period, with production resuming in early February.
  • Production Delays: Due to factory holiday closures, custom doll manufacturing will experience a pause until factory operations resume. The exact resumption date depends on the individual factory schedules, but we expect production to restart on February 5, 2025.
  • Extended Lead Time: Custom dolls may experience a 2-3 week delay for manufacturing and shipping. We ask for your understanding and patience during this time.

III. Order Processing During the Holiday

  • Pre-Holiday Orders: All orders placed before the holiday break will be processed and shipped within the usual time frame, as long as the dolls are in stock.
  • Order Tracking: You will receive real-time updates and tracking information for all orders dispatched before the holiday break.
