Please note that due to the Chinese New Year holiday, many of our partner factories will be temporarily closed. As a result, the production of custom-made orders may experience delays. To help you plan your purchase accordingly, we have outlined the relevant production arrangements below.
1. In-Stock Dolls Are Not Affected
In-stock dolls located in the United States, Europe, and Canada will continue to ship as usual.
All in-stock doll orders will be processed and delivered normally during the Chinese New Year holiday, without interruption.
2. Custom Doll Production Cut-Off & Resume Schedule
Please note that custom doll orders are still being accepted as usual during this period. However, due to the Chinese New Year holiday, production will be temporarily delayed and will resume according to the schedule below.
Even during the factory holiday, we recommend placing custom orders in advance. Production is arranged on a first-come, first-served basis, so earlier orders will be completed and delivered sooner.

If You Have Urgent Orders
If you have urgent orders, please contact your dedicated customer service representative to check whether shipment can be arranged before the holiday. If pre-holiday shipping is not possible, production will be scheduled as soon as possible based on the order dates.

During the production pause for custom orders, FirstLoveDoll will remain at your service for any inquiries or assistance. Once the holiday concludes, production will resume promptly, and custom orders will be prioritized and processed in the order they were placed.
